So I work in the automotive industry . It’s a cut throat business where everyone badmouths everyone and no one will help you with anything . I was unbelievably surprised with how helpful this guy was with me over the phone . He didn’t know me and didn’t know if I had a penny to spend , nor did he care . He treated me with such respect that (one guy talking to another) I could have swore we were friends . I haven’t even walked in the door of his shop yet but I imagine I will get treated with the same respect there as well . Great job man !!!!
